At Jeans Warehouse, we want you to love your fit, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unwashed and unworn denim. Whether it is a size swap or a full refund, our goal is to ensure you feel confident in every pair you buy.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Denim

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
